Are the sessions in-person or online?
Both formats are possible. For in-company training, the session can take place at the company's location. When the team is distributed, the online format keeps the practical component through shared exercises.
Who delivers the training?
Training is designed and overseen by Joaquim Mira, a trainer certified by IEFP (Pedagogical Skills Certificate — CCP). Depending on the topic, it may be delivered by Joaquim Mira or by another qualified trainer in a specific area. The examples come from real use of the tools in projects, content, automations and prototypes.
Is technical AI knowledge required?
A technical profile is not required. Training starts from the work that already exists: documents, tasks, decisions, tools and real questions from participants.
Can the training run for a whole team?
The main format is in-company, for teams that want to create a shared foundation for using AI. The programme can be adapted to the sector, the tools in use and the most relevant use cases for the group.
Is a certificate issued at the end?
A training certificate is issued at the end of each programme. In certified professional training contexts, UFCD framing or other applicable mechanisms can be assessed case by case.
How much does it cost?
The investment depends on the format, number of participants, duration and level of customisation. A useful estimate needs the context first: team size, objectives, starting point and preferred format.
How long do the courses run?
Practical Introduction to AI is 6 hours, divided into 4 sessions of 1h30. AI in the Workflow is 4 hours, divided into 2 sessions of 2h. For teams with specific needs, the programme can be extended, condensed or adapted.
What makes this different from a theoretical session?
Training does not stop at explaining the tools. Exercises are applied to real professional tasks and each session aims to leave prompts, criteria and small workflows that can be repeated afterwards.
Are the examples generic or adapted to the team's work?
Whenever possible, the work uses content, documents and decisions close to the team's reality. When there is sensitive data or material that should not leave the company, anonymised versions or equivalent examples are used. The goal is to train judgement, not memorise generic prompts.
Can the programme be tailored to the company?
In that case, the work starts with a short diagnosis: context, tools in use, risks, objectives and the team's current level. The programme is designed from there, with topics, exercises and pace adjusted to the company's reality.
